Sonnetix Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. We’re a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 09926336, with our registered office at Commer House, Station Road, Tadcaster, LS24 9JF.

What we collect

If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work.

We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing. Messages sent through the form are passed by our website hosting provider to our email inbox.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for that conversation and any work that follows from it, and then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t track you around the web.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Videos

Our films are hosted on YouTube. They don’t load until you choose to play one. When you do, the film plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), YouTube may store information on your device, and Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@sonnetix.com.
